Now Cargo Ltd and any of its associated
online websites strictly comply with the regulations set out by the major
carriers, therefore we will not be able to book the carriage of certain items.
Although we can, generally, arrange to ship almost any commodity, many items
are prohibited or restricted from our usual services (however we do have
specially designed services which can deal with some of the items specified
below. Please contact us for further information). The items listed below
cannot be booked on our online booking website either directly or online. If
you try to ship these goods the consignment could suffer possible delays,
confiscation or, possibly, the destruction of your shipment/s.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Any goods classed as dangerous under IATA class 1 to 9 (www.iata.org).
Money, cash, cheques, lottery tickets or any other items considered to be negotiable.
Live animals - transportation of certain live animals may be available through the bloodstock services of www.nowcargo.com
Animal products such as furs, ivory & horns.
Precious metals and stones including bullion and jewellery.
Items which are considered irreplaceable or of high value such as antiques and certain works of art (please refer to liability exempt list below).
Weapons, firearms and ammunition and any constituent parts – specialist transportation of some of these items may be available through the services of www.nowcargo.com.
Human and animal remains including ashes.
Pornography or indecent material or any items likely to be considered grossly offensive, any such items will be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities..
Drugs, narcotics or any items deemed to be illegal. Any such items will be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.
Perishable items - specialist transportation of some of these items may be available through the services of www.nowcargo.com
Counterfeit or pirated goods or materials any such items will be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.
Dry ice. If a carrier deems it necessary to use dry ice an additional charge will be incurred.

RESTRICTED OR LIABILITY EXEMPT ITEMS
Restrictive items will be prohibited on some destinations and services and if carried they will be exempt from any carrier liability for loss, damage or delays during transit. Liability Exempt items may be carried subject to certain conditions but will be excluded from any carrier liability for loss, damage or delays during transit.
Antiques (these may require separate and independent insurance cover and valuations).
Any items containing gold, silver, precious metals or stones.
Any items containing glass, ceramics, china and similar materials.
Goods sent in any hard or soft casing material e.g. suitcase, violin cases and similar, where the case itself is used as the external packaging material. Any such items should be additionally packaged, see packaging advice.
Collectable items which may increase in value, liability may only cover the original purchase value.
Finally, any prohibited items sent may be confiscated and will automatically be excluded from any carriers liability cover.
If you have any questions regarding possible restrictions or prohibitions, we would advise that you contact the appropriate Customs Authorities in the relevant country to ensure that your goods will be allowed entry.
Please note a 
10.00 cancellation fee will apply if your booking is cancelled due to the inclusion of prohibited items and you original transit costs will not be refunded.
