Once a booking is made, in order for Now Cargo Ltd to provide you with / or enhance its service the customer information provided will be used.

If you make a booking which involves shipments to or from a country outside the European Union, we will need to transfer some Customer Information outside the EU for purposes such as customs and clearance. If the goods are being sent to a country with limited or no data protection laws we are still obliged to send that information, therefore by requesting such services and making a booking you automatically consent to the transfer of data for this purpose.
